Established in 2009
The company was founded on September 21, 2009, based on the Weihai Eurasia Boat Processing Factory. It has become a comprehensive enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, and international trade, and has established a management system that integrates design, production, supply, sales, and service.
Technical transformation in 2014
In 2014, automatic cutting machines and hot melt welding equipment were introduced to transform the process flow, successfully upgrading and transforming electronic drawing files, electronic cutting, and hot melt welding technologies, making inflatable boats more durable and have a longer lifespan. The boat accessories are self-sufficient, product quality is improved, and costs are reduced. In the same year, the company used advanced equipment such as high-frequency plastic welding machines and high-frequency heat sealing machines for PVC bonding processing, changing the traditional method of bonding with glue.
Equipment Upgrade in 2019
In 2019, the company equipped the aluminum alloy ship bottom workshop with advanced laser cutting machines. Compared with traditional plasma and water cutting machines, laser cutting machines have high cutting accuracy and fast speed, greatly improving the product quality of aluminum alloy bottom shells.
Continuous development
The company continues to grow and expand, with multiple production lines including RIB boats, emergency rescue equipment, and Haplan rubber boats. The product models cover more than 40 specifications such as RIB yachts, fishing boats, drifting boats, and assault boats, as well as over 100 related products such as life jackets, outboard motors, tents, and inflatable pumps. The product uses imported raw materials from South Korea and has passed ISO9001 quality, EU CE, CCS and other certifications. It is exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as Europe, America, Russia, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and provides OEM production services for multiple leading brands around the world.
